These terms apply to every order you place on this website. They are for consumers buying for personal use and delivering to an address in the United Kingdom. Please read them before you order. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
3. The product
Funny Headrest Covers come as a pack of two stretch polyester covers that fit over most removable car, SUV, van and truck headrests. They will not fit headrests that are moulded into the seat back. Product photos are for illustration; printed colours may look slightly different on your screen.
4. Safe use
- Use the covers on headrests only.
- Make sure they do not block the driver's view, mirrors or windows, or interfere with seat belts, airbags, seat adjustment or active head restraints. Check your vehicle handbook if you are unsure.
- Not a toy. Keep away from young children and never place a cover over anyone's head.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the prices shown on the website when you order. [Prices include VAT / We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged].
- Delivery to UK addresses is free.
- Payment is taken when you order, securely through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then cancel for a full refund.
6. Your order and our contract
After you pay you will receive an order confirmation email. Our contract with you starts when we [send that confirmation / dispatch your order]. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.
7. Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Orders usually arrive within 7–14 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
- If something outside our control delays your order, we will tell you as soon as possible.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and you can cancel for a full refund.
- The items become your responsibility once they are delivered to your address.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

9. Faulty items
You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if your items are faulty, damaged or not as described. See section 3 of our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Our products are for domestic and private use; we are not responsible for any business losses.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or strikes. If such an event happens, we will tell you and you may cancel for a refund if the delay is significant.

13. Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in the courts there.
14. Other important terms
- We may transfer our rights under these terms to another business; this will not affect your rights.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest will still apply.
